I just did an online booking that is to include FunPlay credit and drinks. Is this suppose to show up on my booking information or does everyone just assume it was booked correctly with the casino offer? Thanks for your help.

It doesn't show up on your booking, and be careful about any changes you make to your booking.  The slightest thing seems to null and void it.  Make sure if you have to make a change you are working with the casino department and not just the regular operators at Carnival.  If you have to do something like add or subtract a person, change cabins...ANYthing, ask whomever you reach initially to transfer you to the casino department and get their name after having them assure you nothing has changed on your deal.

Ask me how I know 😉

We just got off the Miracle a week ago. The casino was giving cash for their free slot play casino offers. Most ships it's loaded onto your card. Also, if you're platinum tier, don't forget to go to the casino cashier and get your $25 in cash as part of your perks.

How do you know if you get $25 from the casino?  My wife is booked on a casino rate and will be platinum this upcoming trip. But I don’t see anywhere that says that you get this benefit as platinum?  Please advise. Thanks

** CASINO – We are currently unable to host casino tournaments on board and guests will be given US $25 in Casino FunPlay®.

When you get on board do you automatically have the drinks everywhere or do you have to go to the casino to get it activated? I called Carnival and I’ve gotten a couple different answers.

automatic

Credit is normally already loaded on your account and when you put your card into a slot machine it will pop up with a message.  If wanting chips for the tables first put your card into a slot machine and have rhe funds pop up and the go to the cage.  A few times on Conquest the money wasn’t on the machine and the cage will fix it for you.   O cash though.

It's been a hot minute since we've been cruising due to work schedules/covid and all the life things.  After having covid and being hospitalized for 12 days at times I have difficulty recalling things and have to go reeducate myself. So bear with me guys.  Hubby and I booked an offer with 500$ funplay credit and free drinks anywhere on the ship. Specifically I feel like I can save that 500 Funplay credit to use toward gratuity, am I correct?  Also do the drinks anywhere work like they do in the casino? I get my drink and see it comped in my account with only any gratuity I add showing up as a charge?  Also refresh this old lady on what all I can use FUNPLAY for..I think I remember using it on slot machines also...Thanks again guys!

Gunplay must be used in the casino & I'd recommend going with chips for table games (keep it till it's lost) vs. slot play credit; and then taking the chips over to cashier when out and cashing out actual winnings which can then be used for anything (gratuity, slot play, etc as its actual cash)

As for DOU Everywhere - it's' Cheers paid for by the casino, so you'll get 15 drinks a day for free (casino or non casino) plus free coffee, milkshakes, soda, etc. and only responsible for gratuitiy if you choose to tip on receipt. Otherwise, you could tip cash or not at all.
