Steakhouse on Magic

We went to the steakhouse on the Mardi Gras and it was absolutely worth it for us. I may be different because we're not usually fancy dinner people, but the service was amazing, both our servers were super attentive when they needed to be. The food was delicious. My friend and I had the surf and turf and my husband had a very large steak of some sort. No complaints at all. I had the Chocolate sphere and I can still taste the amazingness of it as I'm writing!

Could be different for you on the worth it part. For us? Yeah, totally.

We went once last Magic cruise (March '22). We are booked on the Magic leaving this Saturday 4/8 and booked her twice, the Cucina 4 times.  We didn't have great MDR experiences but did have great experiences in both of those so will pop around for dinners and order different items each time.  Wish there was one more specialist restaurant on Magic because I would probably not enter the MDR except brunch once. Absolutely worth it to us - food was excellent last year.

its so hard to choose...Can we order more then one app or entree?

I'm pretty sure you can order more than one appetizer and more than one side, but only one entrée.  And that's fine; I'd expect the same policy at any landside steakhouse.

I looked at that menu and thought "hmm, I can limit myself to two appetizers if I forfeit the stuffed mushrooms for a side order of sauteed mushrooms...but that would put me firmly in the realm of three (3) sides."  😮   🙂

Solo cruiser. How do I sign up for steakhouse?

Go to your Cruise Manager on Carnival website.  Select Specialty Dining.  Steakhouse, if it's available on your ship should be a choice.  Select a date and time.  Use a credit card or gift card and purchase.  I print out my Booking & Details so if there is a question about my purchases, it is detailed.👍
