CocoCay. Beach Club worth it?

The last time we stopped at CocoCay was several years ago. They have since remodeled it.   Do they still have the swim out bar in the ocean?  Or do we need to purchase the pass for the Beach Club?

Beach Club food, environment, pool was all worth it to us, but for the right price.  We purchased our passes during a sale for ~ $85/pp.  That would be my top limit for a beach day, albeit an extra-special one. Just keep watching the prices...
