Here's the latest on the Premier Pass - restoration of cancelled internet etc.

Dear Guest,
We understand you previously booked products like, VOOM Wi-Fi, the All Access Tour, or The Key and then cancelled them based on your purchase of the non-existent Premier Pass and your sailing is around the corner!
We want to honor your original price.
• If you already rebooked - there is nothing to do. We will calculate the difference between what you currently have and your original purchase price - and we will refund the difference as an Onboard Credit, IF the NEW cost is greater than what you originally paid.
• If you have not already done so, you can repurchase the exact products before your cruise at the current price - and we will refund the difference as an Onboard Credit, IF the NEW cost is greater than what you originally paid.
These credits will be posted to your SeaPass account once you're onboard.
As a reference, below, we included an overview of the original purchases and the price you paid.
We appreciate your continued understanding as we work through this and look forward to having you onboard soon!
