It depends on the type of suite, like Royal Suite or higher, or your butler. Some adhere to the letter of the law and some don’t. They will bring water, soda and beer usually.

It isn’t a written amenity of suites other than Royal Suites and above.  We have had butlers offer to stock water and soda, some butlers offered to stock beer.  We have also had butlers tell us that anything from the mini bar will be charged.  
We can easily pick up, water, soda and beer in the Retreat or at a bar and we bring a couple of bottles of wine on board for a glass in the cabin.

We've had butlers who would keep 2 different bottles of wine at a time in our SS while other butlers  offered to bring glasses of wine around happy hour time.
