Bottomless drinks at brunch

Can you have more than one type of drink or just choose one type? I might like to have bubbly to start and then a bloody mary;)

They don’t offer bottomless champagne for brunch. It’s a selection of cocktails, sparkling wine or beer. 
consider that the proper champagne is $95 a bottle and then bottomless drinks is $25!

Here’s the bottomless menu at The Wake. Sparkling wine not the same as Champagne but a good brunch substitute if you’re not a connoisseur.

So the bottomless brunch definitely comes out of your bar tab? It's not an additional charge?

It is a charge against your bar tab.  If you had $100 on your bar tab and ordered bottomless brunch, you will now have $75 of bar tab left.  It is only a charge to loot (first) or credit card (last) if you have no bar tab left.
