live chat for Celebrity on their website - does it exist anymore??? (US)

Does the live chat to get help exist on Celebrity website anymore?  (USA)  I am NOT referring to the app you use onboard.  I am meaning the website where you look for / book cruises.  I would like to use chat instead of calling customer service if possible.  It used to pop up all the time, then only some of the time, now I cannot find it at all, even though their website says they have it (although it would not be the first time their website is wrong).

The chat option shows up when you're in the booking process (itinerary selected).  Not sure what level of assistance the folks on the other end of this are able to provide.  I'd imaging the sales folks are the ones at the other end.  I recall being told to call in after talking to someone on chat about a question related to onboard offerings.

It's so frustrating.  After 40 minutes on hold, I was transferred, then that person said "let me put you on hold while I check" and instead hung up on me.  I then called back and was on hold for another 30 minutes, when it rang like someone was going to answer, it hung up.  rrrrrrrrr

Start a new booking and the chat may appear, use chat and close booking. Seems to work.
