Does the ship have any "hump" cabins or cabins that are bigger within the premium or deluxe premium? It is hard to tell what the category of cabins are from their lay-out.

No.  The ship designs do not have any "secret" hump cabins of note.  There are some aft cabins with particularly large balconies, though.

Depends on the ship...We were on the Meraviglia in February and had an aft balcony cabin that had xtra sleeping space for 2 in the form of bunk beds.  There was a curtain separating the main cabin from the beds.  The storage space on most of the regular cabins is limited, but we used the extra space in our cabin for anything that wouldn't fit anywhere else.  The cabin was also a bit wider, with a nice balcony.

On seaside class ships, the deck 9 balconies are extended. They’re mostly Aurea.
