Alaska to Japan?

Has anyone cruised from Alaska to Japan please? The reason I ask is that we are cruising this passage in the end of September, we have 6 days at sea, we have only ever had one day at sea previously, what seas can we expect at this time of year? (dreading it!)😆

Don't dread it!  We'll be onboard with you.  There's really no way to predict seas - there have been times where it's "smooth sailing" and other times the unpredictable weather can make things a bit rocky.  Mom's best advise that she gave us before our first cruise in 1985 - "Just have something in your stomach all the time (eg: don't skip meals) and keep busy with entertainment or activities." She was right!  Anyway, on sea days there will be lectures in the show lounge, indoor/outdoor games of various kinds with the Production Cast, daily Team Trivia, gym & spa are open, relax outdoors or on your balcony with a good book....you get the idea.  Or join us for a glass (or two) of Champagne and conversation!

Wow, thank you for your prompt reply. We are outgoing people, we love those activities you described, especially trivia, games Etc. It would be lovely to meet you for a glass or two, its always nice to meet new people on a cruise. Thank you for the invite, Steve and Beverley.

This was one of our all time favorite cruises. Delightfully cool with one day of some snow furries. Those sea days were wonderful. It is also my favorite time to visit Alaska, a little damp but not so crowded! Wish we were joining you! Have fun!

Looking forward to it!  We are also onboard for the previous voyage starting in Seward.  Ring us up when you board.

We board the ship in Vancouver on the 18th September.
