Logging into the Royal App.

Would I need to be on my email address to click a link or something in order to be able to log in.Or would I just input my the login and password to view my cruise?

The app and website use the same credentials.  Simply open the app and enter the required information.

So I just input my email address and the password which is what I do now? I won't have to log into my email address from the i phone? I don't want to that in case I lose access to it. It is over 20 years old and I don't remember the security questions

Once on the app on your phone your information should be stored and you can just click on it and it should open up with your cruise details on it. You can switch to a number of cruises if you have them booked on the app and purchase a number of things, book restaurants etc.
