Brisbane hotel recommendation by cruise terminal and airport

Looking for hotel near ship terminal and airport for 2 nights (Oct. 29 -31, 2023) in Brisbane before flight back to SFO. Also, one that will work to see some of the area.  Have  been looking but nothing found.

The Brisbane International Cruise Ship Terminal (BICT) is in an industrial area so there are no hotels close by. The closest  are at Brisbane airport which would take about 15-20 minutes by taxi to the Brisbane International Cruise Ship Terminal. There are a few motels/hotels and apartments at Hamilton where the previous cruise ship terminal is situalted at Portside. This would be a similar travel time and I believe at least one of the motels has a free shuttle to the BICT. 

Hamilton/Portside is a nice area to stay and with the added advantage of being a stop for the city cats up the Brisbane River to the city. A lovely trip on the water.

Anywhere in the central business area is fine. It is around 30-35 minute trip from BICT and perhaps a 20 minute trip to the airport depending on time of day. We have stayed at Meriton Suites in Sydney but not in Brisbane. One advantage is that Meriton Suites usually has laundery facilities in the apartment which could be handy.
