Boarding Time

I believe it's about 60 days out you can do it on the app so just keep checking since you're less than that.  Also it's really no big deal if you don't get the time slot you want they don't check those at check in although I don't think you will get green lane on the app without scheduling it.

Just get to the port at around 10:30 AM, regardless of your assigned boarding time.  They don't care and will board you in your assigned Captain's Circle group.  If you need assistance boarding (i.e. wheelchair,) you'll be in the very first group before any of the fancy passengers.

If everyone shows up at 10:30 there will be a problem.

From Port Everglades, our experience was that boarding times were a joke.

Like we all learned from Jack Sparrow, the pirate's code or boarding time, is more like a suggestion than a hard and fast rule or law.

We've always gotten to the dock prior to the boarding time but a wide margin.  We have always gotten on earlier than the boarding time.

Since you're 45 days out, I'm guessing you're on the same one we're on 5/20. I picked my boarding time last week or so. I think it usually is available 60 days out. 😎

Where within the app would I find the boarding time selection?  Thanks

It has been the case at every port that we've cruise out of. U.S. (both coasts), Europe, and Asia.

1 Click where it says personal information & documents.(Should be right under the Green lane status)

2. Next screen should be required information.

3. Below that is the suggested box. In there you will see Arrivals.

4. You should then see all your upcoming cruises.

5. Click on the one you are wanting to get the times'

6. That will take you to the groups available.

My boarding time showed finally showed up. The group is 12:30 to 1 (group c).  That's way too late!  I'll still be showing up about 10:30 or 11.

Sorry but I don't like being assigned a group for boarding when they never  opportunity to request a time.  By the time I found out how to get a boarding group, it was too late for the earlier times.  It sure would be nice if Princess revised their IT group so they could actually make an app that is half way user friendly.
