Redeeming free nights

Following a recent March cruise, once our loyalty is updated correctly on new website we will qualify for 4 complimentary nights. How do we do this, assuming same procedure on new site compared to old.

I am trying to do the same (although my account has not yet been updated). My TA has been trying to reach them all week for a quote. It’s a question of whether it will be worth it, as the “free” nights are calculated at rack rate (without any added promotions).

Suggest you wait a bit. Let those traveling really soon get their stuff settled.

If you have a cruise coming up ,its advantageous to book on board and use your free nights with this booking. There are several limitations when using free nights but we used our 6 nights when we booked onboard  and came out of it very well.

See page 5 here re “experiences of using loyalty points / complimentary nights”; it’s a bit of a minefield  and Azamara needs to be far more transparent in the “rack” rate.  Good luck!
