Come back and sail offer - Princess Plus

Last day on Ruby and receive a come-back-and-sail offer with Princess Plus. Does anybody know if the Princess Plus applied to only me or also to the second adult in the room? 

p.s. I figured it's a lot faster to ask this forum 😁 instead of waiting till Monday and wait for hours with casino agent.

Applies to both.   The problem is getting on your reservation.   When you call the # ,they can make the reservation but have to send it to someone else to add it.  It seems to be an ongoing problem since they changed the cruise consultants.  I’ve been waiting 3 weeks and was told originally it would be 14 days.

Plus will apply to both. Casino free play depends on the individual. If you have a Princess CVP they can also book it but you need to wait till Monday

Same boat here. Was told it will take 20-15 business days for princess plus to be added to our CBS booking. Please keep us posted if you “magically” have it added to your booking after 3 weeks. Keeping our fingers crossed. It’s a nuisance to have to constantly follow up.

Try calling the Casino department #661-284-4414  and ask to speak to a supervisor. That was the phone number from which I received the confirmation that princess plus had been applied (after 2 weeks of waiting and calling twice!) I have a new CBS offer with the princess plus I think I will use a CVP to book through and see if it works this time!

Just got my promised amenities.   If you go to your booked cruise and click on the on board services.   Scroll to bottom and everything is there except free play.  I know I can get that in the casino.  Never got an updated email

On my travel summary packages, OBC from deposit and casino free play all show
