We are thinking of booking a transatlantic cruise and note the flight home is included.Just wondering if it is possible to add premium economy or extra leg room seats?

My husband is tall and more comfortable in this type of seat

Yes, you can add PE seats when you book, but extra leg room seats are only available at the time seats become available, on a first come basis.

Just to add,  you pay extra for the PE seats, but you then pay extra again if you want to choose which PE seats you want, when seat reservations open up.
