No Frills Beach club

I'm looking for a no frills beach club in Cozumel that allows kids. I need it to have an all inclusive option and just a standard entry option. There are people in my group who don't drink and I don't really want to pay the $40, that some places charge, a piece for my 4-year-olds. We don't need any fancy water activities just a nice beach.

Paradise Beach, when it was easy to get the Pay-as-you-go rate was perfect for what you are looking for, but from reading on this forum, it looks like they are mostly all-inclusive now.  Might be worth checking on your port date, though.
