Submission of Proof of Ownership for Shareholder Benefits

Hi, I am wondering if anyone else encountered this issue. I bought 100+ shares from Carnival (CUK) and used the Contract Note as Proof of Ownership for Shareholder Benefits. This worked for the past 3 cruises but now the representative is asking for an updated proof. I am unsure if that is any I can provide beyond the contract note. I bought my shares through Selfweath and I believe the Custodian is Philips Capital.

I am not familiar with the companies you mention. I use CMC Invest. I capture a screenshot showing my holding statement with today's date shown. I use a photo editing program to remove my account number and attach it to the email I send to information@pocruises.com.au. I hope this helps.
