Royal Website UK

Has anyone else in the UK experienced difficulties with the website. I can access my account from the app on my phone but cannot get into the website on laptop. Get error msg 502 and also it states they have my info but cannot let me into the account but try again later. this has happened for the past week. have contacted Royal via chat and they say they can get into my account then change my password and say this should now work but it doesnt. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems. A friend in the US says he has problems with the app there as they have updated their system

 We had this problem on the PC,  so we uninstalled the app on our phones and reinstalled it. The Desk top version corrected itself.

May be a coincidence, but might be worth a go.

Try a different browser or device (try the browser login on your phone ).

No problems for us ... other than the fact that their IT systems are archaic and need a total overhaul ... have done for years !
