Unfortunately; the dates won't work. Since retiring I am bent on never spending another winter in Michigan. Next winter I'm booked on a 35 night cruise to Tahiti and the French Polynesia. The ship debarks in San Diego and I will then fly directly to Maui where I will reside until the end of April when it's hopefully safe to return. Does Prince have a song about it snowing in May??

I'm glad you did your due diligence.  I'm sorry the dates won't work out. ☹️  Maybe Princess will get around to announcing some more 80s themed cruises and you can get on one or more of those.

 

I don't think Prince has a song about snow in May.  It's not unknown here and I'll bet it's happened in Minneapolis in our lifetimes.
