Alaska Shore Excursions and Musher Dog Sledding

We were looking at the Juneau's Musher Camp and Sled Dog discovery tour.

 

I can only see a way to purchase it through the third party, Alaska Shore Excursions--could I book it directly with the company and if so, is it less expensive that way? I assume Alaska Shore Excursions is a reputable company?

That may be one that can only be booked through a third party.  Alaska Shore Excursions is one of a multitude of companies that does this.  They take a commission from the tour operator.  You can book the Sheep Creek dog mushing experience directly.  The information is below.

The Gold Rush Dog Tours sell out quickly. I tried and tried to book very early for our cruise last September and ended up having to book the Musher Camp with RCI instead.
