Also interested in more first hand now that it is a month into the new alcohol list.

Same. I'm really hoping they've sorted this out before my sailing this fall.

And what about Ice Wine.  It’s not listed on the P+ promo listings anymore.

I too was disappointed about the ice wine but understand that not having it anymore will save them a lot of money since it’s so expensive. That’s something I’ll gladly pay an up charge for. However, cutting out champagne entirely except for a single rosé is unacceptable. If they really need to save the money, just offer it by the glass in the specialty dining, Haven, and Vibe instead.

I don’t drink champagne but I saw on a FB NCL post that as of a late May sailing, they were still able to get that Veuve champagne in LeBistro if you had the premium plus package.  Maybe check online for the LeBistro menus.

I just cancelled my P+ for the Oct 1 Escape sailing. For me, it's not worth the hassle of finding out which bar sells what brand at any given time. I cruise to (first and foremost) relax. If given the opportunity, I'll likely pay the upcharge for a glass of the Pommery Rosé (so I can see if I like it) but I'm more of a martini or sipping whiskey person, anyway. I think I'll be able to find more than adequate selection on the Free at Sea package.

Yeah but then can't expect their P+ customers to have to go a specific restaurant to get a glass of brut Champagne. If you advertize it as 'all champagne by the glass' then I expect to have champagne available in all restaurants and most bars. And no a rosé is not acceptable as 'standard' champagne, there should be a brut availabe and the rosé should be the extra, not vice versa.

I probably won't cancel as I will probably enjoy the rosé Pommery but I do hope that i will be widely available across the ship and not in just 2/3 restaurants/bars and that a regular brut will be available too. Otherwise I'll probably complain onboard to get a refund.

Le Bistro opens at 530 each evening. So if you go by what is being reported, you would have to wait until then for P+ glass? Would you have to go in and sit down order and leave? Rose is not mainstream for most people's tastes. I know it isnt for us. There are brut champagnes NCL could stock that would be acceptable. Hopefully corporate is getting the ship feedback and listening. Step Up.

It isn't, but I was able to get the ice wine on the Prima transatlantic May 14-25 with my premium package. No Veuve though.

I just booked our first transatlantic for next year.  Will be our first time on the Prima too.  How was it? I doubt they'll still have the ice wine available by the time we sail, but I'll happily pay an upcharge for it.

We just got off the 5/28 Joy sailing.  I am not a Champagne drinker, but because of this thread, I couldnt help but look for Veuve.  The only place I saw Veuve was at Le Bistro and you could get it under the P+.  I dont know what champagne was being offered, but I was on the lookout for the yellow/gold label.

As a side note, this was the first time we got the P+.  We always bought the H2O packages and I only got Starbucks a couple of times a cruise.  Thoroughly enjoyed Starbucks EVERY day, got our water, when we remembered to order it (all but 2 nights - we are big night time Water drinkers) and my husband paid for the package with his Double Enigma's on the first day.    He tried almost every scotch on the P+ list.

We had various crew members go above and beyond for us this cruise and it was nice to see a full ship, finally, being that we are Shareholders!

Do you own significantly more than the 100 shares required for Shareholder OBC?

No.  We own 200 shares.  100 to get the OBC and 100 to sell, once the price gets back up to where it used to be.

On an aside, do you have the daily from day 2. Who's on board? Or do you know who was on board?

I think I grabbed them all.  I haven’t unpacked yet.  Will see what I got and post it on Day 2

So, at the end of the day, this is chump change.  That said, as a "shareholder" at this level, you should likely be much more concerned about your cruise enjoyment than the NCL bottom line.  I own the requisite 100 shares and couldn't care less what today's price is as long as I keep getting a free $100 every cruise.  I think I'm down fifty bucks on the stock price but have (so far) benefited from $300 of OBC.  I really don't care what the stock does as long as it doesn't go to zero.

Why did you ask them a question, just to be condescending in your response?

I agree with you, but when you bought at $30 (like me :D), you do hope that the stock will go up a again. I might need some time to recover my $1500 loss at $100 per cruise lol.

I fail to see any condescension.  The poster had said something along the lines of "as shareholders, we were happy to see a full ship," implying that the effect on a large NCL stockholding would be worth having to cruise on a packed ship.  100 shares (or 200 shares) is peanuts.  I bought mine for under two large, which certainly isn't going to make or break a retirement regardless of how much NCLH soars or goes into the toilet.  At 100 shares, being a shareholder is totally irrelevant except for that free $100 OBC every cruise.

If anybody is condescending here, it is you:

Condesension: "an attitude of patronizing superiority"

Yep.  My procrastination may have paid off.  I ignored the NCLH shareholder benefit for years, but finally jumped in last fall.  I paid around $16 a share.  It's been mostly down since then, but so what. I'll hold it as long as I cruise NCL and they continue the program.

Update: Just for fun, I just checked.  NCLH is now at $16.14, so I'm "down" $16.50 on my 100 share holding. 🤣  This is the only individual stock I've ever held, so it is a bit fun to experience the volatile roller coaster ride that individual stocks are (at a very modest price of admission😎)

I didn’t take it as condescending.

I figure I go on 8 cruises and get $800 back (which is what I paid for the 100 shares.).  After that I am free rolling.

As for the other 100 shares, I would like sell them, when the stock gets bs k up to where it was and Marc’s nice little profit…who knows, maybe it will be a nice cruise.

this thread was about them cutting out Bruce from the P+ package.  Why did they do that?  Was it because of Supply Chain or was it to cut costs?  If we want NCL to quit the “nickel and dime” tactics, then they need to get their profits up.  Full cruise ships have got to be more profitable than half filled cruise ships.  Yes, my cruise ship was at full capacity and yet, I had a wonderful cruise experience because the NCL people I had interacted with, were genuinely interested in making me a happy passenger.
