Thanks! Could not pay through website but was able to make final payment by phone today. suec12 Posted May 10, 2023 Author #4 Share Posted May 10, 2023 Success, well maybe. So I HAD to make final payment today - go in on Safari, payment screen shows ERROR, cannot put in info. Go to Firefox, password snafu, finally get in there - my cruise is there, go to payment screen - oh what is this - now a different cruise is at the top of the page (Dublin to Southhampton) but also is listed the correct cruise further down - so which cruise am I paying for????? I went ahead and paid and whew! I can now find the correct cruise, paid in full. But it is hard to understand how this company is functioning with the phones and website such a mess.
