chaparro28906 Posted May 10, 2023 #1 Share Posted May 10, 2023 I had to cancel an MSC cruise and was told I would get my refund in 15 days. It's been over 3 months. They keep telling me that my SWIFT info is incorrect, but my bank keeps confirming that there is no problem on their end. MSC refuses to credit the account that paid for it. Any suggestions? Any suggestions? Took me over a year and a half for a refund and I had to have a large TA step in on my behalf. That's another reason to always use a TA.
