Onboard cruise credit

Last October we were on a cruise and booked another for this October.  While on board they were offering a large cruise credit fort booking on board.  I am trying to find out how much credit we have, but I cannot seem to find in the documentation or online.  Is there anyway of finding out how much onboard cruise credit we have?

Thank you

It should be on your confirmation documents.  But if the booking is still with HAL (not transferred to a TA), then you can log into My Account on the HAL website, go to your booking, and click Make A Payment.  It should show on that page.

If you did transfer to a TA, you will not be able to access that page.  You would have to ask the TA to get that information for you.

We also booked a cruise while on board in March that included a cruise credit.  Fortunately it shows on the documentation/receipt that we received while on board.  Since coming home I tried to a access it on line on my account to no avail.   The booking was transferred to out HAL cruise consultant.  After a game of phone volley ,I received a message from her that it is indeed there.  I still don’t see it myself on line, and I am keeping my documentation  received on board when booking.

Thank you

Call HAL. The amount will show in your booking details. If you hadn't booked, they'd still be able to see the credit attached to your Mariner ID.
