Hasnt it been here for quite a while. It hasnt changed anything so far. I mentioned it on a thread where two iterations were to pick from and when I mentioned it, it was brushed aside. I dont think cruisers care. I went last sept and I think it was as high. I tried to find how long ago this was issued. Here is one last oct 2022, level 3. .another 2019 for canadians.
