NCL South Hampton to Reykjavik, how to depart Port (Skarfabakki)?

Recommended Posts

We are booked on NCL norther Europe to Iceland this summer. Having questions on the second day in Reykjavik, we arrive the day before and have an excursion booked. The next day is the last day and we are flying out of KEV but not until like 5pm. What to do with that last day (and our luggage)? Curious if anyone else has done this cruise and what they did the last day in Reykjavik. We have never left from our destination, our other cruises were all round trip! Thanks in advance!

Check into tours to the Blue Lagoon if this interests you. You get picked up at your ship, taken to the BL for a few hours, then picked up and taken to the airport. The tour will either handle your luggage or you can check it at the BL. Haven’t done this for a few years, so I don’t know current details.

Reykjavik is expert at getting visitors from hotels and out to tours then to airport.  Search any tour company.  The usual plan is pick you up at hotel in small van then drop you at central station where you get your tour bus.  Return and off you go to airport.  I did Blue Lagoon which is on eay to airport. I didn't think it would enjoy it but the time flew by.  Still dream of the waterfall massage  They have bag storage at the spa.  See their web site for details and info on private transfers
