dining package now has tips add should we still tip at the table?

Yes they keep the cash tip. Most bartenders and Specialty wait staff have a secondary pool where they are working during their shift. I saw a pooled tip jar in the Specialty coffee serving area in Windjammer on our last Quantum cruise.

When we get the UDP we always tip for lunch and dinner. Depends on the service how much we tip. We usually get some great service and usually request them when we return.
