If I make a successful bid from interior to balcony, does my original onboard credit carry over?

Princess is offering a $150 onboard credit when booking an interior room.  There is no onboard credit listed for booking a balcony.  

 

If I made a bid on a balcony and was successful, would the $150 onboard credit be carried over?

Which sailing is this? Sounds very unusual. 
And yes, the original OBC would still apply.

Yes, this sounds "odd". I've never known the to offer OBC for an inside and not for a balcony. Often it's more OBC for a balcony (although I doubt the upgrade would also upgrade the OBC).
