Hi Have an upcoming cruise on Silhouette departing Southampton next week.

I have been diagnosed with Diabetes 2 since my last cruise and will obviously require to keep my eye on sugar levels.

Are low calorie/diet/sugar free mixers readily available at the bars?

Most, if not all, bars will have Diet Coke or Coke Zero.  Also diet tonic is generally available. 

You can always just have a bourbon on ice or with a splash of water.
