Does the open bar include bottle beer and is all cocktails included? Never had the open bar. Thank you

Anything $15 and under is included which covers most choices.  If it’s above $15, you just pay the amount above $15 plus 20%.

To be fully transparent - it's alcoholic beverages and soft drinks under $15.  Bottled water and specialty coffee (which are technically under $15) are NOT included.

Ncl states draft beer does include can and bottles

And milkshakes (much to my chagrin) are not covered by any package.

That's always a big issue on the Royal boards as well. I'm surprised at how many people drink/want milkshakes.
