Copenhagen Public Transport from Port

Recommended Posts

We will be staying 2 days post cruise in Copenhagen.

How do you get to the Train station from the Oceankaj Port?  Quay C332.

Can you walk (assume not)? or is there some kind of Shuttle Bus? (is it free?)

We're staying at the Marriott Moxy Copenhagen Sydhavnen.

Thank you.

There was a free shuttle bus to the Orientkaj metro in 2022 - I don't think it will run this year, however. In terms of price, it makes a difference - the same price from Oceankaj as Orientkaj. The free bus only meant long queues at the ticket machine at Orientkaj metro station.
You can only buy a ticket on the bus with cash. There is a kiosk at the bus stop where you can buy a ticket - probably also a long queue here.

The best payment is either the DOT Ticket App or the Copenhagen Card.
Two bus options from Oceankaj - shuttle bus 25 all bus 164 - both go to Orientkaj - 164 continues to Østerport. From Orientkaj metro to the center - Østerport S-Train to the center. Ticket for two zones from Oceankaj to Centrum is DKK 24 - samråd ticket for bus, metro and Train.
