Reflection and solstice are both S class ships, but they are configured differently. You can easily see this by consulting both of their deck plants.

The smoking guidelines that I published were for Solstice.  Solstice Deck 12 is where the pool is located (screenshot below).  That would be equivalent to Deck 14 on Reflection.
