I would assume the OP is referring to COVID-19 restrictions. Grand Turk was one of the last places to allowed unvaxxed to debark. (I assume they've lifted that restriction by now!) Although the OP might gain a bit of collateral knowledge asking here, the best place is always the Carnival website - that will alert you to any port-specific restrictions. Here is the link to the info as of today: https://www.carnival.com/Legal/covid-19-legal-notices/covid-19-guest-protocols?icid=advisory_cruisehealth_102522 Which says nothing specific about the two locations OP was concerned about. Biggest concerns are the longer cruises, 16 days and up, including that 30 day trans-Pacific repositioning for Luminosa.

Hi @sandi1967🙂 An online Google search shows Grand Turk, less than 3 months ago, just removed all Covid-19 related restrictions on April 1st, 2023 Neither port, Freeport or Grand Turk have any restrictions. Happy sailing!
