Been there, done that. Debugging a rollout isn't as simple as it sounds. But yeah, this one has been really messed up. To make matters worse, their web site wasn't that great to begin with.

Yeah, I know it isn't simply.  My son is a senior programmer and he's got a ton of stories.  They do test "roll outs" where a separate team tries to throw everything under the sun to attempt to make the programming fail.  Seems they always turn up a least a couple of coding mistakes that get fixed before the upgrade is actually made and final.

Happy you can RB.    I still cannot but hopefully soon

Strange. I'm currently going through my reservation for November. I can do everything I always could.

Have you tried deleting cookies and Internet history? I did that this morning for another reason. Couldn't hurt to try.

History has no effect on current page loading. Deleting it does nothing except free up space. Cookies merely identify you to the site. If it logs you in automatically, that's because of a cookie telling it who you are. If it doesn't have a clue who you are, there is no cookie for authentication. But cookies don't affect loading. Cache stores portions of pages you've visited before, so it can reload them quickly. But if there's something inconsistent between the cache and the page on the site, problems can and do occur. The only way a cookie usually affects login is if it tries automatically logging in when you go to the web page, and fails. If you're manually entering a username and password, it isn't using a cookie. Cache is far, far, far more likely to cause a problem like this. You can delete cookies if you want, but NONE of your web sites will recognize you after doing that. You'll have to manually log in to all of them again. Just start with the cache first.

Of course, but is it really that hard? I delete cookies, history, and cache all the time to get rid of nuisance ads.

Yes, you have to log in again, but a good browser has that info stored separately.

Mine works. Try clearing your browser cache (not cookies or history), and attempt another login.

Thanks.  I have cleared history, cookies, cache and have logged out and back in… I can see my reservation and can access explore/plan but if I try to book any excursions, dining it indicates something to the effect that the website is experiencing problems and to sign out and try again later.  If I try on the app instead, it lets me select a time (for excursions or restaurants) but then keeps ‘buffering’ and doesn’t complete the task.  No issues with any other apps or websites so it doesn’t appear to be my connectivity.    I suppose I can call to reserve what we want but was just wondering if others were having issues too

It depends on how you manage your systems. If you allow unrestricted use of cookies and don't use an ad blocker, deleting cookies might help with ads. But if you allow your browser to store your passwords, that means your passwords are most probably online. Some people don't want that. I don't, except for sites that aren't very important, and I use different passwords for those. For people who prefer not to do that, deleting cookies can be a very big deal. Every now and then, deleting cookies can solve problems like this, but it's rare. So I tell people to do that only if nothing else works. There's no point in putting yourself through that trouble if you don't have to. Besides, the OP's issue isn't with ads anyway.

Deleting history does nothing for these problems, and nothing to prevent ads. That just prevents your wife from seeing your porn history, unless she really knows where to look. 😁

If you're able to log in, and weren't before, you've fixed your authentication issue, and the remaining problem is very likely not on your end. If this is the same problem you've been having all along, there may be more investigation needed.

If this is a new problem (booking), I can't really try booking anything right now to confirm it's their web site issue. I'm already booked as far as I want to be. My advice at this point is to wait a day or two and see if the situation corrects itself.

Thanks Omaha.   I’ll wait a day or two and see how it goes

Call them if you don't get a resolution then. In the meantime, you might try booking from an entirely different system, just to make totally sure the problem isn't on your end.

Apparently they're still having problems after that maintenance.

One of their "features" is to allow you to sync across browsers so your bookmarks and passwords are available no matter where you log in. Unfortunately, that means your passwords are stored online somewhere.

I was looking at shore excursions last night. Wasn't trying to book anything, just reading the descriptions.
