What is earliest I can drop bags and the latest boarding time for the borealis in Liverpool

I am thinking of what to do in the city before boarding the ship. They want me on at 1.30pm but that is not really enforced they won't care if I am late will they?

you can probably get on an hour or so before that and then just leave - the all aboard sign will be posted.. Usually One hour before sailing on the first night - 30 mins after that
