Renting Golf Cart - Places to Change into Swimsuit?

We rented golf carts to cruise around/tour the island with.  We don't necessarily want to spend our day in swimsuits under our clothing - but with the beautiful beaches we see in photos, we may want to stop for a while at a beach.  Not positive we would need to change (we may just go in knee deep or just view it from the beach but if we opted to swim, is there any places to change into a swimsuit?

Right down the road from the port is a beach called Governors beach. It used to be a hopping place for people to go and then (I think) a hurricane came or something. It's been a beach with no services since then but many people go and swimming and hang out. Some of the little huts (stores) are still there just not open (at least that I know of). 

 

They have restrooms there and running water to wash off.  The beach there is absolutely gorgeous and calm water. There's plenty of shade too and they had picnic tables to sit at here and there when we were there last.
