For all the complaints I've read about it, the bar tab is one of the best features on VV.  I've encountered a few people who have obviously had too much, but I've never seen an ugly drunk on VV, likely because no one is trying t max out a package.

but we have all spotted an ugly sober lol Some people dont need booze to be a nightmare sailor.

If you need booze or any stimulant to have fun, you aren't much fun to begin with.  Moderation is best.  Mind altering substances can enhance things but if you are a bad person they bring out the worst in you.
