Taxi from port to hotel in Cavour metro area

Hi,

Is there a fixed rate for a taxi from port to a hotel in the Cavour metro area ?

We do not want to take a shuttle to the railway station then train to Termini then Metro to Cavour .

No, there is no fixed rate for trips from Civitiavecchia to the center of Rome.  In general, in Italy you will do better with a car service when you are traveling from one city to another, while within a city a taxi will be a better deal.  So, if you want to be driven, arrange with a car service ahead of time.

We were there last week and used Bob's Limos for our group of 4 both pre and post cruise to our hotel and AirBnB near Cavour. Highly recommend. They pick you up right at the ship and drop you off right at your hotel. I think it was 130 Euro each way. It was worth it to us to not have to mess with luggage on trains and shuttles.
