It is at the piazza bar .. beware, it’s super crowded, as the act not only as baristas but also as bartenders.

No IC on Diamond or Island only the Lobby bar where the IC is located on all the other ships

On the deck plan I believe you may get specialty coffee at Good Spirits at Sea.

Define good coffee…. Lido deck has coffee at the buffet,self serve, I believe Lavazza brand. Main dining room you can order coffee & specialty dining room you may order coffee .You may also order on app from ocean now menu.
