aft facing cabins on the Joy

We are looking at a cruise on the Joy, and was curious if anyone can give insight into which deck is best for aft facing cabins, with depth and width in mind.  Are the upper decks better than the lower decks?

Do you know if 12960 is the same depth and width, or close to it?

Foy Joy, the balcony for 12960 is a bit more narrow than 12958. It is also bed near closet while 12958 is bed near balcony.
