Have to cancel

I have searched this board and the Celebrity site but have not been able to find out what the penalty is if you have to cancel a cruise four months out. I am hoping there is none. Also how do you go about doing this and getting back the deposit? Thanks in advance for any help.

To get your refund, just call your travel agent. Or if you booked direct, call X. Four months out is 120 days, and I believe the penalty starts at 90 days, or the date of your final payment.

Thanks so much for the information. My daughter just found out she needs a c section and I just can't be floating around the Carribean when my first grandchild arrives!!! BTW when I do cancel, CCcabin7203 for Connie 10/27 cruise will be available....huge aft balcony. Well at least I can't go for a happy reason. Some other time, I hope....
