Upcharge for drinks on Classic Package

It's my understanding that if you order a drink that costs more than $10 with the classic package you only pay the amount above $10.  is that accurate?  Does that also include coffee cocktails at Cafe al Bacio?  For instance, the Macallan Reviver is listed at $15.  Would it only be $5 for someone with the classic package?  And the Cafe Kingston is listed at $10.  Would that be included?

You pay the drink price difference plus 20% gratuity.

That is not the case for things like water, smoothies, Red Bull that are only included in the Premium package.  For those things you pay the full price + 20% gratuity.
