Getting to golf course in Kona

Anyone have experience or ideas on how to get to and from Kona Country Club from the tender pier??   I see there is an Enterprise Car rental not at the airport, but don't know if that's a walkable thing or not (looks like around 4 blocks, but not sure if its safe, or if the route is open??)

It's about a 7 mile drive from the tender port. Grab a taxi or uber.
