I’m Confused…can you help?

We sail on Symphony on September 18 from Venice (yay!!!)…in looking over our Pre-cruise information from Crystal, Crystal states “the ship will be located at Venezia TerminalPasseggeri Porto Della Marittima 30135.” This location is in the lagoon. 
I seem to remember that when travel agents and influencers left from Venice…they were bussed from a meeting place to the ship. Am I correct in thinking that our situation is not similar? ie…they were bussed to a different place…we will be departing from the above address in the lagoon?

It’s my understanding we present ourselves and our luggage at the place you specify above. We then have a 40 minute bus ride to Fusina where the ship will be docked.

Kathie, I went back to my notes as someone else asked this question and what Ter777 has said is what I was told. And I remember reading that you have to go to this area first and cannot go directly to the ship.
