VIVA NCL - are there van's or anyone/companies offering to take people on tours at Pan American Pier prior to airport?

We don't fly out till 3:15 pm. So have a couple hours to kill before heading to airport.

Many cruise lines also have excursions at disembarkation that will terminate at the airport. This also solves your other issue about what to do with your luggage, as it will accompany you on the excursion. You might want to check on the NCL forum as well as on the NCL website.

Maybe NCL  will offer tours  that end at the airport
