Rare Laszlo Posted September 22, 2023 #1 Share Posted September 22, 2023 Has anyone had luck getting FCC extended? I have $275 that must be used (sail by Jan 2024). Would be great if I could get it extended to July. Spoke to one person at NCL and it was a dead end. My TA is also trying to get it extended. hallux Posted September 22, 2023 #2 Share Posted September 22, 2023 You can certainly call to ask, don't be surprised if they say no. You knew the terms when it was issued and have had a year to use it. Yes, I realize not everyone can use FCC within a year as not everyone sails twice a year (I don't either), but those were the terms.

caribbeanboy Posted September 24, 2023 #4 Share Posted September 24, 2023 (edited) I bought 4 FCC back in 2018 and I have to use them by september 2024. Your offers may differ from those in the US.

My offer is from the USA though.

The CND's may be, but your booking offers may not be, unless you go through a US travel agent or a US booking site.

I always go thru a US TA. I will send her a mail tomorrow to see what NCL policy is.

No need to call - current offer is to book balcony or above on any sailing and use 2 CND's. https://www.ncl.com/cruisenext That's two for the ROOM, not two per passenger...

leafsnation Posted September 24, 2023 #11 Share Posted September 24, 2023 If you know a specific sailing you will book after the FCC expires and depending on your lattitudes level send a email to the CEO at NCL and he may extend. I had some extended and a 10% off voucher but only needed it extended six months. Good luck!
