? Regarding when to do check in on app or on we site

We are sailing on Navigator and we’re wondering if check in time on app or website is midnight(east coast time) or 3 am (midnight west coast time) we are trying to get  earliest possible arrival time without purchasing “the key”.

It's the time zone of the location of the home port.
