It made a big difference to how we viewed the cabin service we received but what we were told was they were following directions from Miami. That's the thing I find perplexing. Miami provides no clarity because some ships do the turndown, while others refuse. It is a free for all depending upon who is in charge of the ship. loman Posted October 17, 2023 #27 Share Posted October 17, 2023 If they refused service , I would put the bed back to a couch my self and have late afternoon cabin service , preferably around dinner time.
