Internet speed

Yes, will be faster than old NCL but judging by what I have read I am no sure if it will be  faster than RCCL.  

 

But it should make the internet usable for most everything, latency should be better too but I am not sure how the system handles changing satellites.

My home and my office have slower internet than that and it’s fine for anything you’ll be doing on ship. Streaming, video calling etc will all work well with that type of speed. The only thing someone at home needs more speed for is running a lot of devices at once or gamers.
