RCCL Visa - OBC Question

Hi.

Does anyone have the RCCL Visa card and used the points for OBC?
I'm asking since I would like to convert the points to OBC and then asking how I can go ahead and 

purchase the alcohol package once I have that OBC.

Yes. Just redeem them on-line.  My OBC always appears within a few days.  Some have said that they may delay posting until after final payment, but that has not been my experience.  Can use the OBC for anything in the planner or even for on-board expenses.
